Graham Lyle (see below) co-wrote this song with songwriting partner Terry Britten, and it catapulted Tina Turner back into the limelight and to serious superstardom in 1984. It's taken from Private Dancer, her fifth solo album, and her ticket to a success she never experienced with former husband Ike. It's also a very good song, of course.
