The Cut - I Wish It Was Simple

I have posted a few songs by the Norwegian post-punk band The Cut earlier, and thought it was time to play one more today. The frenetic "I Wish It Was Simple" was the single from their brilliant John Leckie-produced debut album Shadow Talks (1981) that recently was made available digitially. Here's hoping the follow-up album Silent Movies will get a similar release as well, and the sooner the better. The Cut was simply a brilliant band.
